Life expectancy in my country is 75 years. So, 40 is definitely middle age, at least for me. I'm 37.

Hell I'm turning 28 in a couple of months and I'm starting to feel old hahaha I have neck, back and knee pains sometimes, lol, so I've started to run 15-20min each day to keep healthy hehe. In the end it doesn't matter if we feel like youngsters, middle aged or old people, just keep having fun and be happy with your life deadness!

I'd say middle age is somewhere between 45 and 50, the general Western life span seems to be about 85+ years. :D
