You are always as old as you feel. I was Middle-Aged when I was 30y, now I'm 43 and feel like a kid again, even if my body tells me someting else.

I guess I have a larger range that I consider middle aged myself. Anywhere from around low 40's to 55 I would imagine.

When I turned 40 I was told that I have the heart of a 70 year old with advanced heart disease. Now I'm 49 and the doctors say the same. I'm good.

You're only as old as your body makes you feel. Some of us feel older than others.

Why bother? The great thing about aging is that you have less and less things to be proud of but feel more and more secure about it. And "old" stays in the futere. When you are 15 everybody above 30 is old (and that's a lot of people). The older you get less people become old to to you. And that's great! For example my 84 year old mother just returned from holiday complaining there where a lot of old people on the trip and not counting herself in lol. To me 40 is not getting old it is getting closer to finally really enjoy life the way it was ment to be.

I still have a few years (~6) till my 40th, but so far I still feel pretty young.. it always is kinda strange when I get confronted with my age, because I dont feel a day over 18 ^^

I just wish my hair would feel the same way xD
