How can I add it to cart without amazon bugging me to add a card (and without adding a card, obviously :P) ?

If you have a friend in US - put his address as the shipping address and you're good to go.
TO download the game you get a product key to activate on steam, so you can easily remove the address afterwards.

The code didn't work to me :(
And yes, I have US address.

Got the key without hassle. I'm using my Amazon account which usually used to purchase there so the process it's pretty quick. Thank you for the info :)

Strange that using outlook email dint work for me. I had to enter some bogus email, and it finally worked.
