Was only multiply numbers they mention in the trailer so it starts with the 12customers x $1250 then later on they mention 45 seconds and last "seemed funny about 3 hours ago".
Erin is margot's real name which was a bit tricky if you hadn't watch the movie but could also get to it googling the character at risk of slightly spoiling it, but not such a big deal for some :x

must as well put her pet name as one of the answer.
A quiz only make sense if there are clues hinting there is a second name.

To be honest even with this, there is no way people will be able to know she have a second name. Not to mentioned there are plenty of other possible answers regarding the menu to put in.
If he link the trailer then all the answer should be able to find from the trailer itself.

If you google the first line C_uTkUGcHv4 it shows up a link to "The Menu" trailer. The first hint line had bolded "the menu" meaning you're on the right track. The name part is about the main girl's name. Then it says to sit and listen and multiply, they say a few numbers on the trailer so multiplying those was another answer.
Not too easy. Not straightforward but reachable. I was stuck on the multiply part for a couple days.
