Just keep entering giveaways. Having lots of entries and low wins on SG is an honor... You can brag about it to friends and stuff... It also shows you do have fate in Steamgifts, since you don't stop entering giveaway even when it seems you'll never win.
One last thing, create lots of non bundled giveaways to get a high CV, then you can enter high CV requirement giveaways.
