So, I smoke with charcoal on a cheap grill. I'm looking at a PBC, but I'm also considering a propane smoker (I know, heresy). It would make those 10+ hour pork shoulders or briskets -- and cleanup, too! -- so much easier. It feels wrong, but I think I would bbq more often with the propane. And isn't that what really matters?

Anyway, that's probably tmi. Consider it a rambling bump.
