If I may ask out of curiosity, were you in Fürstenfeldbruck due to the Air Base? I can't think of any other reason why an American would be there.

I don't live anywhere close to Cologne, so I won't be attending (although I've been to conventions before, and enjoyed it every time!).

My weeke should be a great one due to several things coming together. I'll only work Monday thru Wednesday, cause Thursday is a holiday in Germany and I'll take Friday off (have enough overtime accumulated). Then on the weekend wil be the RPC, plus the weather forecast is really good. 🌞 😎

That sounds great, Igel and I hope you'll have a lot of fun. 😃 😎 In Belgium we have 3 National Bank Holidays in May being Labour Day (01/05), Ascension Day (10/05) and Pentecost Monday (21/05). So a lot of people in Belgium really like the month of May. ^^
Also in Israel there's a very important Holiday coming namely Yom Yerushalayim (Jerusalem Day) on 13/05 because Jerusalem is the eternal capital of the Jewish people. And there are some religious observances this month too like Lag B'Omer and Erev Shavuot while Sefirat HaOmer is still ongoing.

Yep, those are National Holidays here too... though we also have Corpus Christi (31/05). Which makes for a very interesting May this year as only 1 week is a full 5-day work week. But this isn't always the case with only Labour Day being always on that date and the rest moving some.
Will have to look up 'Erev Shavuot' since I only know about the other Jewish Holidays you mentioned.

An sich gar nicht, bin weder ein LARP-fan noch jemand der in Gewandung rumläuft. Aber wenn die Möglichkeit eines Trffens besteht, könnte ich Dir Freitag mitteilen was ich so anziehen werde. Hat auf der Spiel '17 mit Oppenh4imer auch funktioniert, wir haben unsere Klamotten genannt und 'ne Zeit / Stand Kombination ausgemacht... und uns direkt erkannt.

Next Saturday (12.5.18) and maybe Sunday too, I'll be again going to the RPC in Cologne.
