I don't understand, i fit in everything stated.
Users of level 1 and 2 - Level 1
Users with a good SG profile - 0 wins / 3 gives, (none of them were free games, all positive)
Users with a good Steam profile (Playing some of yours wins) - I didn't win anything yet and i play a ton of my games.
Users with an SG account at least 1 month old - 1 year old account.
Meanwhile people not even fitting 1 month old criteria are good to pass. I know it takes you a lot of time goin through this, but i'd apreciate an explanation. Thanks.

I"m not sure I can claim back the game(s) I gave that became "free" some time after I gave it/them away... How do you suggest your members avoid this situation?

As of right now, Steam Gift doesn't consider this game as a free game. You can try creating a new giveaway and it will let you. If I remember correctly, a website (probably Green man) gave this game as a promotion when you spend X amount of dollars.

You level up by giving away games. I think just one game is enough to reach level 1.

After a little break we are opening again the recruitment for the semi-permanant event for level 1 and 2 users.
For the ones who sees this for the first time here is a short explanation: We are seeking good level 1 - 2 users who will be invited to join a Steam Group; me, Yunie and a bunch of good willing guests will do giveaways for it. The users will have to do... nothing, we are just giving you a chance to win even if you are low level, because you are cool :)
