EYE Divine Cybermancy. That game sucked donkey balls to begin with, and now it's just unplayable after a recent patch.

You suck, seriously? STALKER SoC and CoP? SMFH

Edit: You've only played those two for a combined total of 2 hours, and you're telling me it sucks... that's like finishing the tutorial for an open world game then saying you've played enough of the game to tell me it sucks

Opinions!

You don't need to finish a game to say you don't like it.
If after 2 hours you're still not enjoying yourself, any normal person would just let go.

it depends. I know myself. I don't decide on first time play. Cos lots of times, I loved the games after the 2nd playtime. Lots and lots of games I can list here. Even if I really hated my first touch. But yeah sometimes the game yells at you that I'm such a crap you shouldn't have bought me in the first place! That's the case with binding of Isaac for me. I don't like the games that does NOT have checkpoints!

Edit: Actually I tried Isaac trice and I regretted every time.

Skyrim.

It's great looking, but so empty and generic, abysmal story, nonexistent world interaction.
Just an expensive nature walk simulation.

I almost felt the same. Esp. walking taking more time than the action :)

"Time Gentlemen, Please! and Ben There, Dan That" pack, Blur, Bunch of Heroes, Delve Deeper, Battlefield 1942 (because of high ping servers and some weird errors), Maelstrom and W40K DoW: Dark Crusade retail. Ah yes, also STALKER: SoC. I've started fourth time and still can't love STALKER. Its aiming logic is enough to put off from game.

Oh,are you referring to the glancing hit bs? or are you talking about the maximum effective range of the early weapons and the fact that the bullets have a spread?

GTAIV, hands down my only pc regret. now consoles...christ I could go on for days listing the horrible games I regret buying for them, especially in the sea of N64's crap titles.

The game I regret buying is "Magic: The Gathering: BattleMage" <s>17</s> 15 years ago, since I played the card game a lot back then and loved (still do) the Microprose MtG game.
After that horrible experience, I almost never buy games without first checking out some reviews or opinions. There are a few pre-order exceptions, but I still try to get as much info on them as I can, or I have other reasons for pre-ordering (when I feel like I owe the devs more money for a game of theirs I bought super-cheap, for example... or hats in TF2... dammit...).

It came out in 1997. That's only... 15... oh fuck.

portal 2 the final hours. 2€ for pee jokes and a few articles with photos about valve's office. I expected far more interactivity, otherwise I could've just torrented it.

commandos! very fast on win 7 and small screen!

Same for Commandos 2. It doesn't supports widescreen or windowed mode even by hacks, so playing as stretched is really bad.

Maybe i would play on my old PC later. Because i love old games.

ok with speed. what about the screen? I think it would be solved in win xp, cause i've played it once (the cracked version) on xp with no screen problem.
Actually I solve my speed problem with Advanced Game Loader. it's great!

What's wrong with it? I got 1600x900 screen and in-game 1024x768 in Commandos 1. But it isn't stretched or I can't see it, so no problem. Total full screen. Can't take a screenshot, because for some reason Steam has no overlay on this game...

Nothing on steam, but I regret Diablo III. Not because it's bad or anything, just because I'm not into it and $60 is a lot of money.

I think I don't regret any games I've bought even if I have like 70 games: I bought all my games with huge sales.
But maybe all the HL series beacause I never played a single one even if I have them all. :c (I know I deserve to be burn for that!)!
L.A Noire because the deal wasn't THAT great and I've lost all my saves after 20h of gameplay and Dead Island yet because I still haven't find a bro' to play with me! c:
Sonic Generations. ;_;. I guess there won't be any good Sonic Game anymore. D: I loved so much Sonic Adventure DX.

counter strike source. i thought i was going to like it but i really didn't. felt like quake 1 with real-world weapons and skins. feels silly. and i somewhat regret buying napoleon+empire pack - it's not that they're not good games, it's just that i barely played them (and napoleon has a few annoying bugs, and shitty AI).

Again that same shit. Dozens of users, who won't explain why thy regret it, but they must write a list of random games. Just because.

It's useless without explanation! Do you get it?

If someone WANTS to know more, they'll ask, otherwise it's pointless writing a 300 word essay on why you were disappointed by a game.

Spammers like them are the plague of the internet. You all think you are amazingly important and people will shit just for possibility to see your "GLORIOUS" posts. You write SHIT, useless shit, because you are too LAZY or stupid to explain yours opinions. 300 words? How about one word? Too hard?

Hur dur, look at me all smarter and cooler than other people.

Yes, probably that's the way of thinking for people like this.
