I hate SG tools so much, I win a game, it never gets sent and I can't enter these type of giveaways anymore 'must have activated all won gifts'

This is my first time using SGTools and doing a train. I did it so that I don't have to manually check each winner for rule breakers and request new winners. If you won a giveaway and didn't receive the game you should not have marked it received. Sorry, there's nothing I can do. You can contact support and see if they can remove it, or buy the game so it no longer shows as a non-activated win (It's still available from 3rd party sellers like Amazon).

Your post has had me thinking about this. You made one mistake years ago, and my intention is to only block repeat rule breakers. I kind of feel bad that you can't get in. I looked for a way to add a custom rule to allow people with one non-activate win, but there doesn't appear to be a way. I've sent a request to the creator SGTools to see if they will add this since there is a custom rule to allow for something similar with the multiple win rule. Hopefully they can add that before the end of the giveaways. If/when they get that added, I will modify the entrance requirements and let you know.

heh, thanks, I looked it up again since it was from years ago. (3 to be exact) and dug trough my emails.
It seems it was the 'commander of the america's' game.
the dude that sent me the email gave me two other games instead since that one key didn't work, hence my 'recieved' - otherwise his level /points woudn't have gone up.
the game itself isn't on steam for sale anymore, so can't even 'buy' it to make that one go away.
I'll figure I'll send something to support and see if they can help :)
