The 1st tier is good even considering that you will need to spend at least $1.5 (on sale) for 3 additional pack for Re;Birth 2 and $3 (on sale) for 3 additional pack + 3 characters for Re;Birth 1 (and possibly more for 2 recently added DLCs - Pain Train and Babysitter's Club).

Mostly missing, the deluxe packs consist of wallpapers and themes.

Neptunia 1: Number of DLC 12, Number of DLC included in the bundle 2
Neptunia 2: Number of DLC 6, Number of DLC included in the bundle 1
Neptunia 3: Number of DLC 3, Number of DLC included in the bundle 1
Neptunia U: Number of DLC 2, Number of DLC included in the bundle 0
Neptunia: 4 Goddesses: Only one DLC which is in this bundle but you dont get the base game(?)
Neptunia V-II: Number of DLC 13, Number of DLC included in the bundle 1
Neptunia V-II R: Number of DLC 10, Number of DLC included in the bundle 1
Some are just cosmetics but others are weapon and character packs, check the store page of each game for more details.

I've never played a Neptunia game, so I might give this bundle a buy. I'd definitely snap it up if I didn't already have Amnesia: Memories, but getting a copy of that simply means I can gift it to someone else. =D

Bundle is a bit f`*ckd up. If im not mistaken, Tier 2 has 4 goddess dlc but doesnt include base game...and Tier 3 offers the original "victory 2" and remake of the original -.- what the heck

Tier 3 for me but offering DLC without the base game is a No No in my book. They could have easily added the main game in tier 3 and charged a bit more and I would have still bought it.

I cant remember any humble bundle they have done before where they offered dlc without the base game. I don't see the point of offering the dlc otherwise unless they are planning to sell the base game at a discount in the humble store to try and get more money out of us.

I sometimes hope for a Monthly DLC pack. Dlc for all the basegames they put in Humble Monthlies.
But that seems a farfetched idea even if I think plenty of us would get that.

Yogscast bundles have a lot of DLCs without the base game.
The Humble Codemasters Racing Bundle 2017 also had some DLCs for DiRT4 without including the base game.

Thanks for correcting me but I hope this isn't a sign of things to come as its one I am definitely not a fan of unless its a Paradox bundle as I have loads of games from them with not much DLC :-)

imo not really, since deluxe pack aren't real DLC, and base games were bundled with many other before on Fanatical for a very lower price (it was around $5-$6 for 15 games)
