If you try to activate a key for a game you already have, the key is not used. However now it is, so it's probably taken by someone. Fanatical has never given to me a dupe.
Next time you might want to obfuscate your key in some way (plenty of examples in this thread) so bots don't collect and activate it before a real (albeit often ungrateful user).

These are all from Humble Bundle. I don't know why, but I seemingly never used these keys and instead had keys from other sources.
But my Humble account was linked to my Steam account and there is this message on the Humble game page: Steam will not provide extra giftable copies of games you already own. This leaves me fearful that these keys are no longer serviceable.

Here is another Humble key, that I placed in a giveaway. I was unable to use it due "Region Restrictions". The first two winners also had the same issue. I could not find any restrictions listed on Humble - although I am in the Dominican Republic (I purchased the key there). Perhaps someone can get this key to work.
