So I have created a new "elite" giveaway group... (No spots left)

and am looking for people to join. Requirements are on the group page which can be found here. And to start it off, I'll be giving The Darkness 2. Rules are on the group profile and I do not wish to copy paste them cause they are pretty long.

I would like to swing my e-peen some more. But I will be on holiday in aus and I wont have much Intenet access... so right off the bat I think I will have a hard time complying with the rules.

The chat rule is such that it takes the average, so even if you don't have attendance in chat for 1 week, if you make it up on the second, you are still good.

btw, can i make giveaways and then when i win, i dont have to giveaway anything? its the same but im giving it before winning, to avoid things like not being at home and dont have any keys to give

I think all he means is whether it's ok if he makes giveaways beforehand and thus have them count as a form of "ratio" so he can freely win a few after, or not. I don't see how this would be a problem, really, since you're probably going to make a spreadsheet to keep track of user giveaways anyway, rigth?

Apparently he has them all. You can find the Penny Arcade pack under "On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness", that Gotham City is a DLC which isn't showed on anyone's profile and you can see Tropico 4, all be it without "Steam Special Edition".

They're all right there, in my account, except for the Gotham City Imposters Card Pack because I haven't gotten around to playing Gotham City Imposters. Maybe you're confused because the penny arcade adventure can be found by searching for precipice of darkness, and tropico 4 steam special edition just activates as tropico 4.

Nah, Tropico 4 "special edition" is just it's Steam name. The expansion is Modern Times.
