Well, you are the user linked to the Greenlight page. But I recommend contacting Who's Gaming Now for this. They can make it a lot easier, and I've noticed a number of the games they promote go through very quickly.

For whatever game you're missing, did you go through the steps outlined in their support article? I believe it was something about taking a screenshot of your "Voted" page on Greenlight to prove you voted during the right time.

I did that, no reply at all. I did everything at the right time, proved that. No reply, been over a month.

Yup. I did everything they asked, jumped through every hoop and still got completely ignored. And when you bring up the issue in their forum they just delete your messages. (Heck, they deleted the whole support thread because people kept asking when they would get an answer to their emails.)
At this point I've pretty much given up on getting the keys I'm missing. It feels like I'm begging for stuff I was promised in the first place.
