I believe the peaceful and happy lifestyle of the hobbits suits me better. Waging war against Mordor is too much of a pain for me. :P

I'd want to be an elf of course, immortal and beautiful but I'd probably end up being a dwarf or a hobbit since I'm pretty short in real life too.

But there is meat. Perhaps less than at a Men buffet, but there is. Sure, in the Hobbit movie, we see only vegetables in Rivendell, but in the books, that's another story,
I remember a truly vegetarian group of Elves, that was in the Silmarillion I think, but lots/all of the other groups of Elves eat meat and have hunters.
