Zelensky Says Ukraine-Russia War Can End Under These Five Conditions
Zelensky repeated the conditions for negotiations - "Once again, restoration of our territorial integrity, respect for the UN Charter, compensation for all damages caused by the war, punishment of every war criminal and guarantees that this will not happen again,"
Why "respect for the UN Charter"? Maybe because of the Budapest Memorandum. Ukraine asks Russia to respect its engagements for a change.

Russia to withdraw troops from key city of Kherson - BBC News
https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-63573387
🇷🇺
Russia's military has been ordered to pull out of the Ukrainian city of Kherson, the only regional capital captured since the invasion began in February.
Russia's commander in Ukraine, Gen Sergei Surovikin, said it was no longer possible to keep supplying the city.
The withdrawal means Russian forces will pull out entirely from the western bank of the River Dnipro.
(omission)
People should check the details, as preliminary reports are currently being released from various sources.🤔

Last month, Kirill Stremousov lashed out at Russia's defense minister amid a successful counteroffensive by Ukraine to retake Kherson. He said that "incompetent military leaders" are to blame for the retreat of Putin's troops in the region (Newsweek). Today, it is said that he died in a car accident.
Looks like someone learned a lesson from Kirill Stremousov's 'accident'. Chechen leader praises partial withdrawal of Russian forces in Kherson, hahaha 😁 😂
"I believe that Surovikin acted like a real military general, not afraid of criticism. He is responsible for the people," said Ramzan Kadyrov, to prevent an accident on his person.

With the reputation surovikin has, I hope Ukraine will be careful with this.
Considering he is a psychopath who reports to another psychopath with thumb un nuclear button, I wouldn't be surprised one bit if, once Kherson gets taken back, Russia will do something horribly dirty as retaliation.

In general, it would be correct to be so cautious.

(1/7) Russian efforts to repair the Crimean Bridge continue but it is unlikely to be fully operational until at least September 2023.
(6/7) The Crimean bridge attack has disrupted Russian logistics supplies for Crimea and southern Ukraine, reducing Russia’s ability to move military equipment and troops into the area by rail or road.

Japanese 'volunteer fighter' reportedly killed in Ukraine | NHK WORLD-JAPAN News
https://www3.nhk.or.jp/nhkworld/en/news/20221110_16/
It seems that when the war between Ukraine and Russia started, one of the volunteer soldiers from Japan who immediately went there died.
The identity of these people is often unknown.
Some are rumored to be second- or third-generation residents of the Northern Territories and experienced Self-Defense Forces personnel against Russia who abandoned their jobs and went to Ukraine as volunteer soldiers when they heard about the situation in Ukraine.
In any case, I hope that the situation is not a meaningless death, but a peaceful rest.

(1/4) Due to low morale and reluctance to fight, Russian forces have probably started deploying “barrier troops” or “blocking units”.
(2/4) These units threaten to shoot their own retreating soldiers in order to compel offensives and have been used in previous conflicts by Russian forces.
(3/4) Recently, Russian generals likely wanted their commanders to use weapons against deserters, including possibly authorising shooting to kill such defaulters after a warning had been given. Generals also likely wanted to maintain defensive positions to the death.
(4/4) The tactic of shooting deserters likely attests to the low quality, low morale and indiscipline of Russian forces.

Ukrainian soldiers pose with captured 'Russians who wanted to flee in civilian clothes'
Even before the liberation of Kherson, rumors surfaced that Russian soldiers would flee in plain civilian clothes. Now images have appeared on social media of Ukrainian soldiers allegedly imprisoning Russians in plain clothes.
The Ukrainian soldier in the images shows a Russian passport and says it is a soldier. Another possibility is that it concerns collaborators who cooperated with the Russian occupier. It is not entirely clear whether the images were indeed made in the vicinity of Kherson. The city is completely under control of Ukrainian troops again.
It seems that Russian soldiers wearing civilian clothes wasn't really a military strategy for street fighting. If there was a strategy, it was to wear civilian clothes to escape their army.

The Ukrainian government launched a new crypto donations website on Monday, streamlining its multimillion-dollar effort to turn bitcoin into bullets, bandages and other war materiel.
“Aid for Ukraine,” which has the backing of crypto exchange FTX, staking platform Everstake and Ukraine’s Kuna exchange, will route donated crypto to the National Bank of Ukraine, Everstake’s Head of Growth Vlad Likhuta told CoinDesk. Ukraine’s crypto-savvy Ministry of Digital Transformation is also involved.

Very often Russian propagandists say that real men go to the front line, while enjoying the safety and comfort of their studios in Russia.

Had a feeling this guy hadn't opened his sick mouth in a long time. Apparently out of kindness of their hearths they haven't attacked "all possible targets in populated places" .... yeah, right... they still missed some of the kindergartens and hospitals when they blindly where shooting shitload of rockets when Ukraine with one hit almost incapacitated supply route to Crimea.

Also seems like Lavrov has been taken to hospital. Something to do with his hearth condition. While it wouldn't be anything worthwhile to mention, the immediate refute from Kremlin that those are lies, again shines the biggest spotlight on it... I mean they have to understand that they are laughing stock and whatever they say, it will be treated as lies. In their words nothing big happened? Oh something huge happened for sure in that case. Really interested how this turns out. This weirdly made me want to play Hitman games
