Remember, you can have more than one answer for a question. For example, if one image had been of the statue of liberty, you could have added "New York" and "USA" so that both city and country can be correct to avoid any confusions, or write a tagline on each Q saying which format you want the answer for for that Q. So for example add "City?" together with the image and we know it's not the country for that Q.
