Bought Amalur because of the many recommendations in this topic. Never heard of it before. Looks a bit Darksider-ish to me, which is imo a very good thing, I loved those games, esp the first part, and am looking for games similar to them ever since. Thanks folks, thanks OP!

After watching some reviews and gameplay... I found it too expensive atm, I also don't have my main rig yet... anything that you can recommend? Something open-world,rpg, and all that. Got Skyrim and finished Darksiders 2
Edit: Should rewrite that; change "I found it not worth the hype I was at, nor worth the price," to "I found it too expensive atm, I also don't have my main rig yet..." Just that some people found it being hate, it's not hate at all, I'm definitely getting the game, but it's inconvenient to get it right now, sorry for the confusion.
Updated2: Pre-Ordered it ._.
Edit3: Gonna get Kingdoms Of Amalur def.
