Argh, left out again because I gave too many gifts bought directly from Steam... Sorry, every time I see the "region_restricted" ratio rule, I get a little sad, being punished for giving gifts is harsh...
Oh, well. Cheers, and thanks anyway! :D

Regional restrictions have more than one side to it. The side that I personally don't have seen much posted/said is that people in region restricted countries have the availability of loads of cheap games that bring forth loads of cheap CV while at the same time they can join any row created public, WL, forum invite only and SGTools invite only without regional requirements and blacklists. While a lot of those row giveaway creators can't even think to join the regional restricted giveaways. So regional restrictions are not as clear as one could think.
Another point is the one that I told you in another thread (the testing thread) that In the end it's really up to the individual giveaway creator to make his or her giveaways like he or her wants to and use something or not. And SGTools with standard, custom or combined requirements are only one more tool available to the giveaway creator to make his or her giveaways like he or her wants to and it's not different like having the other tools like low or high level CV requirements, group giveaways, private giveaways, puzzle giveaways, encrypted giveaways, hidden giveaways, forum nominations, regional restricted giveaways, whitelists and blacklists, ...
I have seen you posting the same thing in other giveaway creators threads that use SGTools with regional restrictions what is clearly your prerogative as clearly it's the prerogative of myself and those or other giveaway creators to use regional restrictions.

(Well, at the very least, my ramblings have the good side effect of bumping your thread. :) :) :) )
Fair enough, CV farming is a problem when people have different prices to pay. But help me understand this: why not just "region_sent_free > $xxx", where $xxx is a value which correspond to the reasonable CV level you expect from your entrants? Wouldn't that address those concerns, ignoring all CV obtained "cheaply"?
Sorry if I sound negative -- I absolutely do not question the fact that the giver can choose whatever rules he/she finds suitable. What confuses me is that in these GAs, you are making rules which supposedly incentive people to give more -- but this particular ratio one has the opposite effect. All the other restrictions you mention (groups, private, etc.), not one of them punishes people for giving more (huh, ok, except for "CV<x")...
Another big difference is that I did not choose to block anyone out -- if I buy from Steam, region_restriction is an imposition ON me, not BY me. If I had it my way, all my GAs would be region_free -- it is not as if I loved the winners from my region any better than the ones from ROW.
I love you all! Equally! Disclaimer: well, not really. For example, everybody loves Rachel more.
So, every time I get blocked for reasons I do not understand, I do get a little sad, and I feel like saying it so people know it, that is all. And it happens so often, I hope you can imagine how frustrating it is (it happened 3 times in 30 seconds when I got to your post, that is why I sounded a bit more terse than usual, sorry). Now, I know you have the choice to ignore me -- so let me try to be a bit positive, and thank you for taking the time to explain to me why you particularly used this rule, and very politely too I might add. I appreciate it!
Anyway... thank you again! You are clearly a very generous member of the community and I do not want to make you sad either, that is not at all the goal of SteamGifts! Many cheers!!
...
...
(But, really, why not "region_sent_free > $xxx"?) ;) ;) ;)

While in this SGTools train one can find some numbered doors:
Behind door 1 one can find the free games. ✔
Behind door 2 one can find the re-gifts. ✔
Behind door 3 one can chill out from all the drama caused by what’s behind door 1 and 2. ✔
Behind door 4 one can grow a backbone. ✔
SteamGifts FAQ
SteamGifts Guidelines
Since my last SGTools train I have reached 2K giveaways and 20K comments. ^^
It has been a road filled with many beautiful days and people and with some much less so.
This is my VII' SGTools train to date. ^^
This SGTools train will end its ride on 11/09/2016 1300 hours Brussels time so you have nearly three weeks to take this ride.
Please bump this thread and if you come here more than once please bump this thread again.
This is a fully SGTools protected train and all individual cars.
If you enter this or any other SGTools giveaway: ONLY use the SGTools gate/link that you can find in the original main post of the giveaway creator! Don't enter through any links posted on other (random) forums, boards, Steam activity, given by friends or from everywhere and anywhere else as this is proverbially playing with fire and it's just a matter of time not if but when you will get burned. TL DR: only enter SGTools giveaways through the original gate/link found in the original main post of the giveaway creator!
The CV requirement is 2+ and for those that are lower consider this as an incentive to participate and join in SteamGifts giveaways, SteamGifts discussions and the SteamGifts community.
Thank you to Knsys for creating, updating and user supporting SGTools with the help of JustArchi and ArchiBoT.
Thank you Rachel for all your bundle posts with RaCharts™ and master list as they are a great help and very informative when buying bundles/bundled games.
Thank you SG support for following up my support tickets related to my SGTools trains.
SGTools
SGTools General Thread
There are some notes please read them fully to fully understand them before you enter these giveaways:
ENTRY TICKET HERE BELOW. PLEASE READ THE NOTES BELOW!
These are all SGTools protected giveaways so if you arrived at this giveaway without passing the SGTools check HERE at the beginning of the train, please leave now because I will see your invalid entry and all invalid entries will be blacklisted and reported to Knsys, the creator of SGTools, who can permaban you from all SGTools giveaways. I will check all the winners if they have a valid entry. Also know that invalid wins are granted a re-roll by SG support.
I will check every winner after I send the game(s) that they activate their win(s) on their own Steam account.
I will do random blacklist checks during this train and I will check every giveaway winner to see if I’m blacklisted by the winner (it just takes a couple of clicks) as I have had several backstabbing users, including one level 9 very " superior " jackass :-)) , that won games from me since my 726 cars train and that have me blacklisted at the very same time. I have no problem being blacklisted but I do have a problem when users blacklist me and at the very same time enter and win giveaways from me. I find this personally not done and it’s of a white feather level!
Please leave the blacklist comments out of this thread!
You can comment, post funny gifs and images or not that's up to you. I'm good either way. However I most strongly appreciate that the winners post a simple thank you in the giveaway page of the game(s) they won!
