But I have 1 less win than you do. I buy all my games on Steam using the money earned from Steam market, that is why all my gifts are region locked. And how come so many people consider region restricted gifts as a bad thing. People from RU+CIS regions are still part of this community. :(

My apolegies, my comment about region restricted gifts was unnecesary given that my point about your ratio was reason enough.
With your number of games won you would have to have minimum of 120 games given away to fulfill ratio rule set by delta (40x3=120) so you are 30 giveaways short to be invited.

5.75 seems like a weird number... how was it chosen?

It was originally a set amount of $400 CV IIRC, but when SteamGifts version 2 was live and using levels, 5.75 was chosen based on the profiles of some members at the time.
I'm not entirely happy with it, as previously bundle games had limits they don't have now (previously bundle value was capped so it would never got beyond a certain amount without non bundled giveaways, but now someone could make hundreds of bundle giveaways to get the required level and join, and likely never be kicked with their ratio), but didn't want to kill the group either.

ah, i didnt know that previous practice. maybe u can add another term into ur list for being precisely selective, such as minimum 20 unbundled GA's should be created before applying the group. otherwise, as u mentioned above, for example i can be eligible for ur group after sharing some more bundles. thanks for information btw, i even didn't know this version was 2 and also bundle limitation thing which is interesting.

I'm a little short of the number of giveaway requirements until my Hallowe'en-themed train ends on Sunday, but when it does end, I should have 66 games won and 203 games sent (assuming I don't win any more games, which is a possibility, but I have every intention of giving away many more keys I have leftover from various bundles when my giveaway slots open up again). I hit level 6 last week, so I should meet the level requirements, as well. Would I be eligible to request membership next week, after my Hallowe'en train ends and the majority of the gifts are marked as 'Received', or should I wait a bit more time before asking for admittance? Just a heads up... If you end up making your ratio by giving away a slew of bundled games, you'll have to go through a waiting period as per the rules listed in the OP. However, if a bunch of those giveaways are NOT bundled games, then Delta will probably give you a pass.

There are a good number that aren't bundled games, but most of them are definitely bundled. I made the train for the holiday, not to boost my ratio, but I don't suppose that makes a difference, since the outcome is thee same either way. I'm not going to ask for an exception to the rules; I'll expect to go through the waiting period, and come back in a few weeks to ask again. Thanks for being polite about it!

I have had several groups before, but all are private invite only. But this group is for anyone who meets the group requirements.
Charitable Losers (blame members of the Backlog Attack chat for the name)
Quick mass boosts to raise CV (high discounts) or giveaways (mass bundles) to meet group requirements will require a wait period of 8 weeks after the boost before they can receive an invite.
This giveaway group doesn't have required giveaways, though given the kinds of people to be invited, that probably won't be a problem.
Now introducing the slot of Guest Gifter. These people will get a temporary invite, purely for making a giveaway or two then escaping before they make too many and get a permanent spot in the group and a hole in their wallet.
I obviously won't trust just anyone asking to do this. If you want to though, get in contact with me.
