Stuck again, this time on hidden ITH for 16. Understand the picture and have a wiki page open for those, but the wiki alpha list does not match your key. Is the picture shown a particular part? Do I need to somehow identify that section first? (no idea how)

I checked the hidden 16th ITH and saw 43 players and 43 solvers so you must have solved this hidden ITH.

ur...no, done that, doing cheese crossword (finished it), which leads to hidden ITH and stuck on the key (looks like a starry key). as usual floundering :)
Edit: yes, did not mean ordering, sorry, am now late for work, lol. meant stuck on working out key for hidden stuff.

Take the answers from the quiz you just did on ITH... There usually is 10 answers (words). Fit the words into the crossword by counting how many letters in each word and fitting where they can in the crossword...
then 8 of those letters will be colored... take the 8 letters and figure out the order they should be by following hints and add the result to the address http://www.itstoohard.com/puzzle/ABCDEFGH (A-H being where you put the ordered letters you figured out...)
THere is an example of how to solve the equations with the pictures at the end of the main opening discussion.

I'm stuck on ITH puzzle 26. :/
I've lost count of how many things I did to make the baseball player make sense. (Where he looks, his fists, his numbers, etc.)
Maybe I'm just overthinking it? Any other hints? :)

The baseball player is hinting of a type of encryption method to use... What is his foot on and what is his number ?
Then use that encryption to decrypt some other info he gives you...
You get a word to Google with also the number 8.

Finished the crossword for 18-Poulty. stuck on the order, dont understand where the factory picture fits in (at the end I assume), but where is this mentioned in the book? Confused with some others as well. Think I know the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th, but if I put the factory at the end (9th) then only have 2 pictures for the start instead of 3....need some straightening out please.

Firstly there are only 8 letters not 9. The rest fall into place easily if you use the hint at the bottom. If you can't tell between the first and second letters just try one way and then the other (which is what I did).

Realise there are only 8...but the one that looks like factory chimneys does not fit anywhere..unless it is supposed to represent something else :( . So I have 4 out of the 8 placed (maybe), another 3 I can play around with and the factory, which fits where?

Often it helps finding the original source where those pictures are taken from unless Jeff made them himself (He didn't). The factory is indeed from another source but if you understand the ordering process the position of the factory is easily determined. Other than that reading the given literature sources can help ^^

This is so frustrating, think row 3 must be my personal pinnacle. Trying to sort out the key for 18. From hint I assumed the camping ones were letters and sprint ones were numbers, but in the first code a sprint guy comes up as 26? Tried best guessing from numbers and code does not work so am using wrong source I guess.

Read all hints, meant the numbers seem to relate to sprint drivers, alphabet seems to relate to Camping world drivers, but that theory is down the drain as the numbers don't work. Cannot get code one to work with my research (am using a wiki page which lists all drivers and numbers. Also no clue on "O" (in second code).

After a while from conquer the event I have to say that it has only one, yet great, disadvantage: you cannot solve it twice...
On the other hand: if you haven't conquer this event yet, don't wait because it has absolutely none disadvantages for you :)

I think it's depends on topic of the event... Interdisciplinary event as the march's one needed many authors as no one can have so great knowledge on so many topics. On the other hand in current event there is one common topic of puzzles so you could easily made all puzzles itself. Reassuming: I'll answer your question when you'll have the topic :) Both events have their advantages :)

Go on to another puzzle and refresh the puzzle questions after 30 minutes and hints will drop in giving you the first letter of the answer and the amount of letters in the answer.

There are about 300 different unique GAs and many multiples making over 700 games in the full thing... keep going and solving and yu'll find alot you like!

Another puzzle, another issue..19, up to the hidden ITH. Thought I had the key worked out, got 1 and 2 codes okay. Nick van Exel though...cannot find a number for him for Golden State Warriors. You just have the warriors...is there another team I need to look at? Have I taken some left turn at the last hurdle?

thanks, think maybe yelling for help sometimes jumpstarts my brain and I think of something extra I could try. Am finding the puzzles quite challenging, and I don't think laterally naturally so I get quite frustrated if my line of thinking does not get me a solution. So, now on to 21. Thanks for these, have not really tried many of the puzzles, usually do not bother as alot are not solvable by me. Other users have also been very helpful :)

It's been a great puzzle so far.
I reached pinnacle, and got stuck there. Either I'm misreading the clues or using wrong set of 8 characters for hidden final ITH. Also, for some reason I've got 24 instead of 23 words.

Time to get your puzzle on!
There are several stages to solve along the way. Here is a brief explanation of the stages.
STAGE 1: Solve the easy and fun ITH puzzles below numbered 1-25 in any order. You will get a reward GA for each solved!!
STAGE 2: Then take your answers from the ITH and fit them into a crossword puzzle!
STAGE 3: Solving the crossword will give you 8 letters as a result, solve with given clues to deduce the correct order of those 8 letters.
STAGE 4: Find the HIDDEN ITH with the result from STAGE 3! You will get a reward GA for each of the 30 hidden ITHs discovered!!
STAGE 5: Decipher using the Key given the 3 hidden GAs... (5 characters A-Z, a-z, 1-9, 0 IN THAT ORDER) 15 GA rewards
STAGE 6: Solve the WORD equation passcode puzzle and save to use in accessing Puzzles 26-30 at the top! (note down numerical passcode also)
STAGE 7: Each of the TOP 5 Puzzles gives access to an ACHIEVEMENT train! Thus potential to be rewarded 5 GA trains!
STAGE 8: Solve Puzzles 26-30 passcode puzzles and put into the TOP Pinnacle to CONQUER the game and gain access to a 1st List of AAA games!
STAGE 9: If you choose to accept the ULTIMATE challenge then solve the additional PINNACLE puzzle for access to the Master of Champions AAA Games List!!
Solving Word Equations-- you will need to refer to the final bank of 20 pictures below to help solve.
Example solution for Puzzle 01- AIR's word equation: (see first attached image below)
(numbers by each picture are how many letters are in the word you must figure out)
TOAST + MOON - TOMATO = ?
TOASTMOON - TOMATO
(TOA)S(TMO)ON (the letters in bold are the letters to be subtracted from TOASTMOON)
This leaves the letters S, O, and N. Rearrange the resulting letters to make a word. Thus, the answer for Puzzle 1's Word Equation Passcode is "SON". Check over the second image below and check off the matching picture that looks like "SON".
