Okay, so at least I had the first one right ;D My boyfriend made me insecure, stating that it could be meant more general ; )
The kind of numbers in 3 always was a thought of mine, but I wasn't sure, because, when I don't have the corresponding letters in the word before, it can't be right ; )
But I'm still lost at 2. Now I know that all my assumption were wrong, but I never heard of a phrase like this. German English classes don't cover pulling pants down and showing your back to others ;) And urban dictionary doesn't come up with something useful, too.
But thank you very much for all your help! : ) Perhaps I will be enlightened if my brain works longer on this ; )

Okay, I tried ignoring it but any hints for Crossword #14. I think I know the person shown but what does it refer to (Land, Role, Real Person)? And the two little girls? Is it about age or is the crown important?
EDIT: Removed the last part. Was an idiot.
Comment has been collapsed.
I was able to make that connection, but I'm unsure of what any set of letters, aside from WM, could be.

Tried the actor and the character/person and got nothing that resembled the puzzle. Tried 8 and eight. I'll come back to it.
Thanks for the nudge.

My god...
It would've been a LONG time before coming up with that myself. Thank you.

I tried searching for 8 on the Wiki pages for both the character and the actor, but I couldn't find anything. What am I missing?

I still don't really understand for the orange one, I'm talking about the crossword with "Kubler-Ross" at the top left, it's more like a finger pushing a button.
I think I know what I should do with the order of the characters, but does the button have a negative meaning, a positive meaning, or just nothing of these ?
Or I totally misunderstood what was on the picture, and sorry if it's the case xD

I've finished all 25 puzzles except 10 and 11, both vegetables elude me. I'm guessing it's mostly a language barrier type of problem. Time for some extensive crossword puzzles now.

I have those numbers, but it seems even with the google numbers it's not giving me the SG link.

I agree. The crossword puzzles are nice, but the quizzes are a bit boring.
Comment has been collapsed.
True, but it just feels a bit repetitive. It's 25 quizzes.
Comment has been collapsed.
I actually think now there are less? I got to the grain puzzle and it's not a quiz, so I thought it stopped being a quiz from now on. Am I wrong?
Comment has been collapsed.
Yea
That was the vote if you check the voting thread...
It actually said MOSTLY easy quizzes with some light puzzling but what it actually became was light quiz then heavier puzzling...
Comment has been collapsed.
But the search was not limited in just one platform, while requiring some actual comprehension, and the structure of each part was different from the rest, so at least there were some varieties. This time all 25 puzzles have the same structure: look up something in Wiki, copy, paste, do a crossword, get to a ciphering puzzle, repeat...
Comment has been collapsed.
I understand that. But I think from an objective point it is better. In the sciece event a lot of people where bummed by the difficulty of every single Quiz and some didn't solve any of it. Here they can access at least 25 of the giveaways after some easy quizees.
And those of us who are able to can solve the actual puzzle part: The crosswords and Codes and acess the "better" giveaways. Overall it is the better solution
Comment has been collapsed.
True the whole event is different because it has ONE designer so the complete event is like ONE HUGE puzzle... with 30 designers we get extreme variety but an extreme difficulty spike.
There is a flavor difference in both events. I liked the other one MUCH better because I had something to solve and I enjoyed the brains and creativity of the other designers. I learned alot more there.
I suspect we will have more than 30 finishers of this event though... which can be seen as either a good thing or bad. Guess it depends on how you look at it.
Edit: please replace any reference to this as being an event as it being a thing.

I think what you need to use there is the more scientific or latin name. Other than that (if you haven't solved it already) you should press F5. After 30 minutes hints will appear which should give you a good idea of what is searched. As for multiple answers. They are not possible due to the crossword.
Comment has been collapsed.
Hints only appear on the first puzzle, so don't try it for the decoding part. But yes, I have encountered a few people already who didn't know that refreshing after 30 minutes provides hints.
Also, all your thanks should be directed towards Jeff and to a lesser extent the people mentioned in the opening post. My effort to this event consists solely of solving it.

It will take me at least a month to design a new event but in the meantime try Nordhbanes Puzzle Agency Puzzles, Mikalyes Dungeon of Puzzles event, or one of onks adventures -recent onk adventure is closed but keep your eye out for more-- they are amazing!
Next pyramid event will include countries, continents, and cultures... and plenty puzzles of a variety for everyone.

Time to get your puzzle on!
There are several stages to solve along the way. Here is a brief explanation of the stages.
STAGE 1: Solve the easy and fun ITH puzzles below numbered 1-25 in any order. You will get a reward GA for each solved!!
STAGE 2: Then take your answers from the ITH and fit them into a crossword puzzle!
STAGE 3: Solving the crossword will give you 8 letters as a result, solve with given clues to deduce the correct order of those 8 letters.
STAGE 4: Find the HIDDEN ITH with the result from STAGE 3! You will get a reward GA for each of the 30 hidden ITHs discovered!!
STAGE 5: Decipher using the Key given the 3 hidden GAs... (5 characters A-Z, a-z, 1-9, 0 IN THAT ORDER) 15 GA rewards
STAGE 6: Solve the WORD equation passcode puzzle and save to use in accessing Puzzles 26-30 at the top! (note down numerical passcode also)
STAGE 7: Each of the TOP 5 Puzzles gives access to an ACHIEVEMENT train! Thus potential to be rewarded 5 GA trains!
STAGE 8: Solve Puzzles 26-30 passcode puzzles and put into the TOP Pinnacle to CONQUER the game and gain access to a 1st List of AAA games!
STAGE 9: If you choose to accept the ULTIMATE challenge then solve the additional PINNACLE puzzle for access to the Master of Champions AAA Games List!!
Solving Word Equations-- you will need to refer to the final bank of 20 pictures below to help solve.
Example solution for Puzzle 01- AIR's word equation: (see first attached image below)
(numbers by each picture are how many letters are in the word you must figure out)
TOAST + MOON - TOMATO = ?
TOASTMOON - TOMATO
(TOA)S(TMO)ON (the letters in bold are the letters to be subtracted from TOASTMOON)
This leaves the letters S, O, and N. Rearrange the resulting letters to make a word. Thus, the answer for Puzzle 1's Word Equation Passcode is "SON". Check over the second image below and check off the matching picture that looks like "SON".
Use the FREE GA area in middle of event to ask EvilBlackSheep for help on word equations puzzles.
NOTE: Special thanks goes to EvilBlackSheep for helping design the word equation puzzles and an achievement train, lmxn for 4 Achievement trains and several AAA contributions, jesuswarjesus for a train and one AAA contribution, keohookalani for 2 AAA games, hazelmeade for 2 AAA games and other GAs, Morshock, faragona, and hafilip84 for GA contributions for the event, and one anonymous donation of a AAA game!!
