There is more than one game that not only I liked from the bundles but that also entered in my favorite games list and i'm referring to:

• cave story (i don't know if this count cause there is also a free version)
• psychonauts
• super meat boy
  and also, even if not in that list but still good: bit trip runner

Torchlight by far.

By hours played it's gotta be Binding of Isaac, but I love Psychonauts too.
