I did the ticket already, 5 months ago. It hasn't been solved. This is what I wrote them:
Regarding https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/ygQu7/leisure-suit-larry-in-the-land-of-the-lounge-lizards-reloaded not being activated, it was impossible for me to do it so because I received a different version of the game. I didn't know I had to mark it as not received, but marked it so to not affect the one who gave the giveaway. Please check my conversation with him in the link:
