Looking for games with rain

Risk of Rain! It's not a relaxing weather based game or anything, but it has beautiful ambiance with plenty of rain.

There is actually a game that is literally called rain for the PS3. Here is a trailer if you are interested.

Euro Truck Simulator 2 (there's a slider so you can have as much you want of it), Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery.

I seem to remember that LA Noire has some rain... pretty ominous rain, though...
Watch Dogs has rain in it :3. I think the weather just changes?

I'm sorry, none of these have constant rain T_T.

How would you describe the sound of rain, comforting? You might be experiencing ASMR

In Bejeweled 3, in Zen mode, you can set the background sound to rain falling.

Spider: Rite of the Shrouded Moon, also has a cool little feature in that rains in-game if it is raining where you are. (Yes, you can manipulate the in-game conditions via settings every couple of days).

Teslagrad and Vessel definitely have rain on the outdoor scenes, sadly in both these games thare aren't too many of them

Terraria has rainy days for sure

I definitely remember rain in Sleeping Dogs

I feel like it rains at some point in Darkness II

I feel like Mini Ninjas has some

I think there is a rainy level on Contagion

Octodad Dadliest Catch has a rainy level

I believe one of the maps on The Showdown Effect is rainy

A Valley Without Wind (and presumably AVWW2) both have rainy levels

I would say Mountain and Proteus are fairly rainy or at least have a lot of rain in them (there are no rainy spells in both games of course), Terraria and A Valley Without Wind would be my next two on the list of "most rainy" from the above. Nothing here is super duper rainy but looking through the games I played on Steam, that'd be my list (I'm not even bothering to list RPGs, I have to imagine some have rain and some don't and they all meld together)

There are a lot of games that have rain in them, but the game-rain I love most is in Act I of Diablo II (LoD Expansion). The rain effects actually send a chill down my spine when they kick in, and the music is quite atmospheric, too.

There's a part in Alien Isolation with heavy rain in it. Best rain I've ever seen in a game. But I would describe the vibe as tense instead of comfy and chill..
