bought mainly for the LoTR cards and all the DLCs I didnt already have. 14/24 I didnt have 10/24 GAs here ;)

Anyone knows if those games require both people to have dlcs to use? Or one person hosting can have it all and rest only base games? I mean Splendor/Small World 2 and Carcassonne. Yes.
