For all that is good and pure in the world, please check your tickets! ;_;

Bump.
Please, if you have submitted any "User Report" tickets, check them and make sure they contain all relevant data to the user you are reporting.
For example: If a ticket is submitted for "Inappropriate Behavior" and you leave the description field blank. Guess what! I have no idea what you're referring too and I'm not gonna go through all 53459348756 threads and 57029348752903475 giveaways that have been created over the past 6 years looking for where this user said something inappropriate. Give us information!

Bumping in the hopes that I don't lose my soul reading old tickets ;-;.

Bump, just closed 11 old ones (well 1-3 month old) that might have been resolved.

Actually, your tickets have been on my "To-Do" list for a while, now, but seeing as I have been working non-stop for the past few weeks, I have not been found time to address them. I finally have a day off, tomorrow, and plan to spend time there. Do you think you can keep your sarcasm and feelings of betrayal in check for that long? I can't promise that I'll have time to address all of them, but I should be able to make a good-sized dent.

Couldn't get to them, today. I'll try again, tomorrow.

Doesnt matter how hard you work and what we close, the number of mods is a joke for this amount of users...

Agreed. We are currently looking at expanding the number of Support staff.

Tell Cg i worked for big publishers community, helped Nick moderating SteamCompanion alone in the beginning with 100k+ users and will invest several hours every day... sounds self-aggrandizing but i know this site doesnt just need more mods, it needs mods that have more time than normal people... i work max. 3 hrs a day for my company and have a small social life...

Support has a lot of tickets to deal with at this time of year in addition to the demands of work and family.

LOL!
Thanks. I just got home from a long, hard day at work, and I needed the laugh. )

I will bump this, because in my first days as support member I already noticed quite a few open tickets where the issue was already resolved for weeks, or even months. Please, guys, check your support tab and see if you have some unnecessary tickets still open. If we want to achieve a ticket count of ~0 one day, this will help immensely. Thank you!

As a side note, bumping tickets is not helpful.
I try to address them from the bottom of the pile to get the older ones done first. When you're bumping your ticket back to the top of the pile, you're actually pushing it away from where I'm at.

The SteamGifts moderators are working hard trying to get through all of the Support tickets, but there are quite a few. One thing that would help us would be for everyone to check their tickets in the Support section of their accounts and close those tickets which no longer need our attention. At this time, we currently have 538 tickets which are over a year old in one category. Many of them have been resolved but have not been closed by the user who initiated them. Others are still waiting for a response to the Moderator's request. Still others have expired (they are either no longer relevant, or a solution is no longer feasible due to the passage of time). Many people have already helped out by deleting any tickets older than a year.
Please keep any tickets which are still relevant. If your issue can still be addressed, we will get to it as soon as we can.
Thank you all for your help and cooperation. )
