Why do I never win things on the giveaways, and other people do alot!? JUST WON SOMETHING >:D

I see people winning alot of stuff, and I win nothing all the time. Im always logging in several times a day to join those giveaways... Some people won alot of giveaways, why do som epeople win alot, and other people NOTHING
