I redeemed a region locked game to my steam library and I can't play it ( I know .. I'm a genius facepalm). I want to buy it now but originally from steam store to remove the region lock. Is that possible or am I doomed now and won't be able to play this game ?... q__q

I believe you can get support to remove it so that you can buy the proper region version.
