How long did it take YOU to WIN a Giveaway?

2 dev giveaways, but these don't count as none of them was actual game (one non-steam and one beta), then on 4/5th day public - since then on average 1 game every 2.5 days ^^

About 1 month after I joined, I won Faerie Solitaire. Then won DoTA2 about a month later (but that was before I realised how bad DoTA 2 actually was :| )

How do they do the winning system anyways?

I tired to post something funny, but I couldn't think of anything. In any case, I haven't won anything here yet. Then again, I've only been here for 2 months, so it's gonna be awhile for me ._.

I won my first one when I had 36 entries :)

3-4 months, then I hit a bit of a streak which settled down after about 5 games. Two of them were dev giveaways, but my first win was Psychonauts. I currently have 3,200+ entries, think I had just hit 1,000 when I won Psychonauts. I entered for tons of games at that time, now I'm more picky/choosy, trying to enter for games I know I really want and will play for at least a handful of hours.

Er... excluding Faerie Solitaire which everyone won, about 8 months and 1800 entries if I remember right.

I think it was about a month or two, just be patient, you'll win something eventually =D
