I played 32 hours of Arkham Asylum and earned 32 of 47 Games For Windows Live achievements before it had steam achievements. I completed the game and earned the achievement on the Games for Windows Live platform but GFWL achievements didn't transfer over when steam achievements were added and GFWL was removed, so they are only visible on my GFWL profile. I can't figure out how to link my profile without requiring a sign-in, so here is a screenshot. Additionally, here is a screenshot of my in-game save profile which is hopefully sufficient to show that I did complete the game. If you require more proof, please let me know what would satisfy you.
I played 42 hours of Arkham City and earned 38 of 64 achievements in the non-GOTY version of Arkham City, including Exit Stage Right.

Sorry, but you do not qualify. You have 25/64 on City, but only 21/50 of the non-DLC achievements and 4 DLC ones. =(
If you are willing to reinstall the game and get a few more (the game continues after you finished the story or there are the basic Batman challenge maps), I will be willing to bend the rules that much, but only because you only miss a couple. :) The easiest ones to get would probably be the campaign side-quests, since it seems apart from stopping a andom assault, you did not really do much of them.
Thing is, they play an integral role in Knight, so if you are the kind of player who skips side-quests, you will skip over 75% of the Knight content (and 100% of the DLC content). This is why I am putting up this very minimal barrier for entries.

None of them, as far as I can tell. I do not consider the Catwoman storyline a DLC, since it was obviously chopped out of the game in the last second to become a pre-order bonus. I count it as core campaign and only count the Harley DLC (plus the numerous challenge packs) as DLC.

I actually loved Arkham Knight, despite having had major computer issues whilst I was playing. I hope that whomever wins AK will have as much fun with it as I did (sans the computer issues, of course) ;D

I don't remember it clearly but the last Riddler challenge for me was not available (maybe the door won't open or something like that) so it prevented me from earning "Perfect Knight - Day 2". And yep, i was (am) not interested to replay combat maps over and over again for all medals for double time as for all previous game time.
And again as for MR4 i'm not able to play this game for now on my current hardware.

This year this series of mine was close to being a total failure, but hey, maybe this one will generate more than 2 entries…
So, I have acquired a nice Humble gift link for a copy of Batman: Arkham Knight, Premium Edition. And I am going to send it to someone who is likely to play it, despite its… numerous and substantially-sized shortcomings.
How will I know the recipient is likely to play it? Simple. I am putting this game up as a whitelist-only giveaway. Said whitelist is now empty and once this giveaway is finished, it will be empty again.
To get on my whitelist for this short time, all you need to do is to link me your achievements page of Arkham Asylum and Arkham City (yeah, fuck Origins, plus I know many people skipped it, so it would probably needlessly filter out even more entrants) showing that you earned the following achievements before 2018-06-16:
