Puzzely giveaway - round 2

Since you guys seemed to enjoy my last puzzle, here's another one.
This time, the game is Max Payne 3.

The new puzzle is similar to the old one, but with a twist. It's a bit more difficult and it will require 3rd party tools to solve it (nothing needs to be installed, you already have everything, or can access it freely on the internet)
For those that have not tried the first puzzle, the objective is to find the next page to advance.

Please don't share the answers or give clues. I'll drop some clues if I find it necessary.

Puzzle will run until the 16th.
Key will be sent via Steam Chat (add me as a friend or accept my invite)

The answers do not have empty spaces in them, all are one single string of text.

I'm trying not to, but it seems this is where I'm stopping. It hasn't been anything I'd expect it to be from the hints or anything.

i took about 1 hour to figure it out, fail 15~20 times. just keep going, eventually you will understand

The level 4 puzzle is harder for those not familiar with how the websites work.
I've updated the main post with another clue.
a minor clue for 4: look at the source of the problem (also check the top hint)

Look at them, them check the hint for 4 in the main post

If you solved 3 and with the hint from the main post, you shouldn't have too much problem finding the answer :)

Read the entire thread. Some clues have been given about puzzle 1 :)
Look on the page. What is there that fits the "twins" description?

The level 4 has 3 clues (all related to the answer) that point you to the location of the solution :)
Check the link I posted in the main post and search for material related to one of the clues.
Programming relies on source code :)

There is only 1 puzzle. The second part is a clue that should help you link the elements of the puzzle.
Check the clue in the main post. Do some magic google-ing. Who knows what's in store for you. :)

I blew through the first two, but that third one... even after reading all these clues my mind is still not getting it. It's been like, and hour.

Update: That sir, was a fantastic game. Though I am not a contributor, so I cant enter, but still enjoyable. :)

The puzzle runs until the 16th, so you have plenty of time :)
