There is a way to shred multiple.
The button at the top "select cards", click on the ones you want to shred(they turn red) then click actions and shred selected cards.

There is.
In your Inventory the yellow button above your cards "Karten Auswählen / Selct cards".
After you clicked that button you select the cards you want to shred and then you klick the blue button on the right side "Aktionen / Actions"
In the drop down you choose the Trash bin Symbol "Karten Shreddern / Shred selected cards".

Congratulations now you have shredded every card you have selcted ;)

There is a way. Above the cards in your inventory you'll see a yellow button with "Karten auswählen" written on it, which means "Select cards" in English. This button turns red when you click it. You're now in selection mode. Choose all the cards you wanna shredder, then click on the "Aktionen" dropdown menue a little bit right from the now red button which says "Auswahl abbrechen" ("Cancel selection") and choose "Alle ausgewählten Karten shreddern" ("Shredder all selected cards").
Done. :)
