You sure its 150 diamonds? It's still 100 diamonds for me.

That's so strange, I'm in Canada and usually regional pricing should be NA but it's still 100 diamonds for me.

Strange but I can see both packs. Maybe you too can buy 100 diamonds pack but it not shown for you on first page of packs - dig deeper and you will find Full Steam Ahead for 100 diamonds.

It's normal, you're not guaranteed a Steam game. The main prizes in that pack are Steam Wallet codes, other prizes can be anything from their usual game prize pool (Steam games, GOG games, not sure if other DRM too).

Just like you're not guaranteed Pokecoins in a Pokemon premium pack, or Fut Points in a FIFA premium pack, or whatever else they have. (I think that secondary prize pool is always the same pool of Steam/GOG/other games, too.)

Edit: Oh yeah, it's also in the OP:

The names of the lootpacks only describe the exclusive loot for that pack! In most cases you just get something from the general pool for all packs, wich contains Origin/Uplay/GOG/Steam/whatever games. So even if you get the "Full Steam Ahead" pack, you may not get a steam game!
