if you go to the menu on the right side, where you can also redeem codes and stuff, one of the buttons is 'contact', you can send them an email through there to ask for help with the gift card

usually they solve it! may take a little bit but they do, happened to me before
not all giftcards can be activated in all regions, depends on the currency of your country's steam store actually, so it could be that the cards' currency is different to yours and therefore why you're having issues activating it, lootboy will check that out and if that's the case they will probably give you another one that is actually your currency's
(also check what the comment above me said, in case you were trying to activate it through the page for game codes and not wallet codes, but if the issue stands it could be because of the currency thing, if you check the FAQ about said codes it explains as much)

I see the "package panic" promo is back, so I bought some bundles of 25 lootcoin packs. and I got diamonds in each, but it varies: 5, 6, 88, 92, 133, 54, 130, 138. total of 646d in 200 lootcoin packs. I'd say it's worth trying to spend all the lootcoins you can afford. but I don't think you'll see "diamond package" cards higher than 40d in these packs. I suspect the 1000 and 5000 can only be found in bundles of premium packs. and only bought with money, not diamonds.

It's probably a bug. I also have a 20 diamond package stuck in my inventory even though they were supposed to get automatically redeemed. I wonder whether I got those 20 diamonds added to my account and it's just a visual bug or whether it's actually stuck because the card didn't auto-convert.

It seems Lootboy has gotten a lot better when it comes to duplicated keys, but if you still have doubts about a key, you can use the group below for those giveaways :)
