Firefox gives me blue screen, even in safe mode. I used MS Edge browser just this once and it worked there. Hope they let it work with Firefox again soon.
EDIT: I deleted their cookies in Firefox and started over there, and now it does work.

Question: about lootboy & 1k diamonds.
i have seen many people saying they will collect at least 1,000 diamonds and then wait for a promotion before spending. So i am wondering what kind of examples are these promotions best used on? just normal 10 pack of premium loot packs, or something totally different or special occasion? Thanks for any help to clear this up for me.

There are some promotions from time to time that will have a guaranteed reward if you buy a 10 pack of a specific premium pack.
The reward can be Steam or Amazon credit (not much,just 5 or maybe 10$) or some other promo specific stuff.

I haven't seen the Amazon one that Ritzman mentioned, but they have had one in the past where if you "buy 10x Supreme Steam packs at once, you receive an additional pack that has guaranteed Steam credit". I saw a similar one recently for Fortnite and V-Bucks. Something like "buy 10x Fortnite packs (or whatever those are called) and receive an additional pack with guaranteeed V-Bucks". It can definitely be worth saving up you diamonds/LootTickets for these kinds of promotions. While they are rare, it takes some time to save up, and you still receive the standard LootCards you would receive from those packs, with the additional bonus pack from the promotion.

Back in those good old days where lots of LAN ppartys happend, it always was a risk to login to stuff like that because everyone had the same external IP.
Maybe something similar happend to people who connected to the gamescom hotspot.

But because i reported a good bunch of multiaccounters to lootboy, from 3 accounts up to 300, i can say they have a massive problem with them. At least till they switched the daily rewards, but i assume the problems still exist.

Yes it's common practice, but I think if you got it from Lootboy, you're missing a chance. If you don't know if they key was already dupe, you can't get at least 100 diamonds from support. And if for some reason they have another key, at least you're giving a non-dupe key, hopefully.

It takes a bit more effort than just dropping the key, but at least you'll be sure to get feedback and maybe get those diamonds, or an extra pack.

Hey ,as far as i know this happens ,because Lootboys pools are now country or region based.
And alot of your countrys people or rather Neighbours like russia are abusing system or did that in the past .
they write support key is region locked give the key back and redeem the key afterwards anyway. while it wasnt region locked in the first place.Or they complain they got the same game so many times that they got a different game and many more ways they cheat the system in the past .[Lootboy support was probably to friendly for such an audience :c] Alot of people abused the friendlyness of the support .

Hey most germans dont work at saturday/sunday and support tickets over the weekend stagger like on steamgifts .
There is a high probabilty that they will overlook or miss some cases.

It seems Lootboy has gotten a lot better when it comes to duplicated keys, but if you still have doubts about a key, you can use the group below for those giveaways :)
Unfortunately it happens far too often that Lootboy is handing out duplicate keys, so a lot of people feel uncomfortable with creating public giveaways with the games from Lootboy. So I just created a little group with some rules to make it less risky for the generous givers.I hope this helps :)
