I think that many are interested in this, but all these events happen very unexpectedly and unpredictably.

Guaranteed credits of choice without region lock aren't rather possible, cuz afaik they only have Steam GC for whole world and other GC are only for few regions.
PS: From my research looks like that was similar offer like current this year and then 1 week later appeared guaranteed Steam GC for whole world, so let's hope that will repeat.

You can get those 10 dia promotion packs - heath care thingy. If you are lucky you might even get out even. Buying 10 of those do count as premium pack, where you can get one of those black market packs.
Regarding the event, should be 5 more days. So even getting 1x5 today and tomorrow and you will receive your chip just in time.

To get a black market pack, you have to get 10 premium packs, and in premium packs, you can get the Brick by Brick Christmas charity for 10 diamonds, 5 each day. Worst case scenario, you'll have your missing chip in 9 hours and 5 minutes :)

i gave up on lootboy a while ago, no games that i found in premium crates were worth the hassle.
now i see the Darktide promo and started collecting coins mad, for 5euros it would be awesome :D is there any other way to get more coins than watching videos in app and reading the comic every day? i'm at 58k and i just hope i can make it to 100k before the darktide promo disappears or sells out

Are you getting all the free packs available in the app for watching ads? If you open all of those and shred the useless cards you're bound to get a few thousand coins each day, I have more than a million coins and nothing to use them on.

Have you also watched the daily videos for coins/diamonds (6/6)? the diamonds ones also give you coins. you can get 1800 coins daily for those total. not sure about region restrictions. just tap the lightning symbol in the app, where you can see the weekly/daily reward progress.

When you submit a ticket, they will email you that they received it.
I contacted support Sunday morning and had a reply back in 2 hours.
It was other category about getting error trying to get $5 Steam card, they replied to try again as they restock. It was an info reply rather than a transaction reply so that may have been why it was so fast.

I finally had a total of 79 cheat chips. I was on my phone and I tried to trade them in the Lootboy app, I'm not sure what I did but it seems that accidentally touched the first option and I redeemed the 500 diamonds for 50 cheat chips. I've contacted support to see if I can undo that because I obviously didn't want to use 50 cheat chips for 500 diamonds, leaving me with 29 cheat chips I have no use for /ᐠ.ꞈ.ᐟ\
