I did win Chariot and i received it from him.
I'm going to assume Chickenarla knows what's with him and if life really got into his way i sure hope that's going to get resolved soon. None of these games should be more important than anyone's real life.

Let's just hope for the best of him, seemed like he wanted to make his group grow, i'm sure eventually he will pick up from wherever he left it.

I was given admin permissions 2 weeks ago, but that is temporary until he returns fully. I can assure you that the information I have so far is what I have. I’ve been asking on behalf of all the winners, but I can only do so much on my own.

It’s not the case of protecting him. I’ll level with you here. I genuinely believe he has familial issues. I also agree that he should have told his community personally shit went down before disappearing.

Just because I’m an admin does not mean that I’m ignoring the winners or anything like that. I had a choice not to care and not to message ciriooo on your behalves asking about when you will receive your giveaway winnings. But I did and I can prove that I tried and tried and tried contacting again and again.

I see that the games are not received. admin made an advertisement and forgot about the site and plays games calmly

Totally agree with you Dave. I don't know many people who, left in a situation like this, would keep trying to make things right with everyone. She could have just stayed off Steamgifts altogether but she didn't.
And again, being dubious of Cirioo is one thing but we're just on a giveaway site. Nobody had to pay to enter giveaways.

I have had a couple of gifters ghost me when they were unable to give me my wins and I get it's maddening, just because I'd rather they say "oops sorry, something happened and nothing I can do" than just ignore me, but that's no reason to threaten or abuse the one person trying to take steps to make things right.

I jump short in with the info that the support perma suspend users for FAKE giveaways.
So, if they have the impression that the gifter never wanted to gift the promised game.
That mostly happens with 50p games and in the GA's are then in nearly all cases advertising for sites like twitter, YT, steam groups and so on.

Don't get me wrong, i don't know if cggiveaways don't want(ed) to deliver a win or if some reallife reasons came between. So i don't know if they are fake giveaways.
To be honest i don't expect that all were a fake but that is my personal opinion and i fully understand if other people think different.

But it is clearly very weak fro him to not inform the winners for such a long time and Chickenarla is very nice (+ have, partly, not so nice feedback) but it isn't her job to speak for someone else. She can't solve it for him.
In the end she don't know more as the rest because she will never know if a other person tell her the truth.

And i fully understand that people get, after weeks, pissed off when they see that he play games but can't send a sentence about the wins.
I am sure people would understand the situation if he write something like "someone in my family died, i need time, will send the wins when i am mental able to focus on online stuff" (if that is the reason).

So in short:

The support can perma suspend him because of fake giveaways

(if they assume he never wanted to deliver them)

The only thing that comes to mind is that it might be a GOG key. Cyberpunk 2077 is one of those few games where there are no Steam keys for that game in any store (just like GTA V, and I think the first Torchlight was like that for a while)

I believe he may have made a mistake on that part (that's my take anyway).

Can happen when setting up various giveaways where you can muddle up which game provides key activation or not.

Not the best mistake to make but it happens.

Myself and a few other mods are aware that it can only be gifted and not distributed as a key.

I would think he's aware too on that, since I messaged him about that a while ago when enquiring about the winners giveaway items.

And this is my last message for now. I am hoping to get an update from Ciriooo so when that happens I’ll make an announcement.
