No! Be thankful people give. How or why they give is of no matter. If some one wants to give 5 copies 1 at a time or all in one giveaway it is their choice. If they decide to give only to X level it is their choice. If they decide to put the giveaway behind a game or other thresh holds it is once again their choice.
I really can't wrap my head around why anyone would complain that someone else is giving away stuff. Just to be on the safe side. In that I won't offend you in the future; because I might have multiple giveaways let me blacklist you now.

I really like Artifex Mundi HOGs, and the bundles are reasonably cheap with IndieGala happy hour spam. So, I decided to have a HOG segment in my weekly giveaway packs. That's all.

Well, he was the most extreme, but I was called a spammer, a site abuser, and also was put on a blacklist for too many GAs. (How did that help the guy who made region-only GAs – I'm ROW, so unaffected –, I have no idea, since he still had the games on the main page as he didn't want to hide them.)
Then, on the other hand, for the first time in like 500 sent keys, people actually told me how they liked the idea and finally felt like as if they had a chance to win a game they would have liked to play, even if it cost them almost two full stock of points (in the end I counted, it was 58 giveaway for the same game).

well 58 GAs also means that they regenerated 116 extra points just because of them, so could enter 11 extra if they waited 15 minutes ;)

Well first off people only have x number of slots for giveaways not 1000's. People who have many slots earned them by gifting so they know the site. Second if it offends you so much there is a little icon of an eye with a slash through it and you won't see the trash games any more. Seeing how you are new maybe you didn't know that.

and what if it would happen? Did you pay for these 1000s of games or did the users who give them away? Who should have the right to decide how a person gives away games he ends up paying for? Should this person have the right to decide, or should a dumb troll who didn't pay jack shit for them decide? if it would NOT be allowed it woukd be written in the rules. That's the way the rules work - you write thing that are not to be done, not list everything that is to be done. For example - by your definition trains should not be allowed. Or using SGT should not be allowed, or posting imgur images should not be allowed. Because there is no point in FAQ neither saying you can post train, use SGT or post imgur links.

Ok. If you abandon the SG account for years, will the time when you registered that account will matter in any way? I guess not, just because you didnt use the website during your absence, so giving suggestions when you came back might be pointless, because features have been already implemented, FAQ already explains it or this issue has been closed as resolved. I do multiple giveaways of the same game in the same day. Sometimes if I notice how popular a game is I'll buy another copy and then start a giveaway, OR as I did with Rocket League, I'll do one Group and one public. If I did this with fallout 4 or the Witcher, no one would care.

Instead spamming giveaways with single copies of the same game, user will have a cooldown before creating a new giveaway or will not be able post giveaway of the same type until previous giveaway finishes.
Some people just think it's cool to spam giveaway with single copies while it can be done in giveaway with multiple copies.
