It's just that most people don't read descriptions of giveaways. I've seen public giveaways for popular games that had a link to invite-only giveaway of the same game in their description. While the public ones got few thousand entries the invite-only ones barely got several dozen to two hundred or so entries.
I love finding hidden games in public giveaways, but didn't notice this one because while I am interested in Van Helsing I'm not interested in the game you've hid it in (meaning I didn't open that giveaway and didn't see the description).

I actually don't understand that. Can't people create invite/public non-group Region Restricted giveaways? I don't think there's any excuse for only doing group giveaways unless you only want to do giveaways for a group.

They can do that, but HawkEye didn't do any group GAs, so his/her contributions was for the community albeit in their region because their gifts aren't ROW.
My point was that I wrongfully Blacklisted Hawkeye, since I blacklist people who do closed group only GAs (They're not really giving back to the community) Hawkeye just assumed it was because they won my GAs previously.
