i fear(ed) that too, the gameplay (i am about to start it after gotten inbetween stuff for 6 hours, and almost bedtime. -_- ).
But the trailer shows a good stocked inventory which should make it puzzling like the old point and click adventures trying to mix everything together, and Csontzuzo was postive about it.
Atleast i didn't get a screen at the beginning that showed it was made in AGS, which you almost expect looking like a
Wadjet Eye Game, and in my opinion makes most adventure games made in it restricted (inventory, amount of screens at the same time).
It probably gets bundled eventually. ;)

Don't think it's spoiling too much but might be interesting to add.

Bump, the game looks great, thanks for letting us know about it :)

Great game, about 10-15hours completion time, still not finished it but close to it (I am at 17h but I replay parts for an as fast as possible video walkthrough). I wanted to create a guide for it but someone else was faster so now I not going to create one, unfortunately, that guide has many unnecessary extra steps, feels kinda rushed.
Many reviews told this too, but the game feels like a 90s Lucasarts point of click game. An awesome new game with a retro feeling.
9/10, one point lost only because of no fast travel to the next zone by double-clicking on the spot where you need click to walk to another area.

Awesome to hear about the length (you don't see that amount (a lot) anymore these days.
In my opinion it's missing the commands (and the puzzling with that) nor did Lucasarts really had (much) scifi/cyberpunk adventure games apart from The Dig.
If i were to compare then i'd say. ;) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sdRJ3pzbDG0
Achievements are somehow not unlocking for me though so waiting to see if that can get fixed somehow,

"In a future not-so-far-away, one superior intelligence prevails above all other AI. Society is migrating to a permanently-integrated reality connected to a single neural network, continuously optimizing user experience by processing personal data.
An outsider, Nathan, makes a living off-the-grid as a smuggler of modded hardware and cracked software. Geared with a custom headset, he is among the few that can switch AVR off and see reality for what it truly is. Nathan shares an apartment with his girlfriend Jay, a talented AVR graffiti artist whose drones bit-spray techno-color all over the city's augmented space.
One morning, Nathan wakes to an empty apartment and discovers a cryptic message on the bathroom mirror. Having accidentally broken his headset, Nathan is disconnected but determined to figure out what happened to Jay. He embarks on an unbelievable journey involving hacker groups and guilds of AVR technomancers.
Traversing the world, Nathan confronts hardware graveyards, digital archaeology, tribes of cryptoshamans, and virtual reality debauchery".

I am not affiliated in any way, didn't even know about this game until i visited GOG today, but whenever there is a new old school point and click adventure out i get sentimental (ah those good ol' nineties, care free, corona free etc).
And well i want to share it for those that are adventure gamers too, since they are so scarce these days.
Sorry, no giveaway.Ah heck i am been foolish with my money anyway today https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/UudDh
I gifted this to someone from europe to america, so hope there isn't gonna be any region restriction issues if so please allow me to delete it and please not enter for a +1 this time, doing it for the real adventure/cyberpunk enthousiasts.

[Edit] Played it a bit (90 minutes) it's nice, puzzles are decent (big inventory to puzzle with), it does feel/look cyberpunk, though doesn't feel "special" but i didnt felt that with Wadjet Eye Games either, but not great, can still be good. ;)
if you loved those games, then you will definitely love this too, because it plays/feels a little like that. For now i'd rate it a 7/10.
Meanwhle stuck waiting, because achievements are not unlocking for me, but they are working on it (fast support, which is good).
