It's in my library. Make sure your EGS account is linked to your twitch account. I believe you can claim it, but unless it's linked it's not going to add it to your library. If it is linked, try to unlink it and relink it again.

From what I read the reaction from Amazon Support about the FM problem was all over the place yesterday: For some Amazon reset the activation by hand, after relinking Amazon and Twitch, making it reclaimable, some got the "it's not posible to unclaim, can't do anything", others got the "It's a known problem please wait" lines and the "EGS fault, so talk to them" was there, too.
As far as I know it should be working right know, and you should be able to claim it again. Already saw a comment, that's still not showing after claming it again, but for most it seems to work fine now.

I think there is a problem with this game achievements-wise
on its store page under "popular achievements" it only shows 1 achievement .. and it should have been more than that by now
And on exophase it does show it has only 1 achievement
So most likely whoever implemented the achievements for the gog version messed up big time

I had the same issue with FM2022 as the game is not available in Brazil, but I managed to claim the game anyway.
Open the link in a private/incognito tab, then click Claim and sign in with your Amazon account. You should get your key right away.
Or get a free trial for Amazon Prime US (https://www.amazon.com/amazonprime) and try again. Make sure to cancel the Prime US trial afterwards so you don't get charged.
