You might wanna take a look at hectorevil's post from the 12th, where the official press release from the Prime Gaming blog is quoted, with a clear list of games (and no need to try and make anything out from a picture in an email).
Also, half the "games" you list are actually in-game content (Candy Crush, Farm Heroes, BTS Island), which might confuse people.

The Last Blade and Twinkle Star Sprites can be claimed even if you previously claimed them already.
They show up as two different entries in your library respectively, with slightly different thumbnail artwork and listing different release dates.
No idea what's changed, if anything, but maybe newer emulation or something is involved.

So I decided to take a look at The Last Blade, since I actually played that a couple times back then.
From what I can tell, the two game versions appear to be identical. That even goes so far as if you have both installed and change settings in one, the settings in the other version are changed as well (so they apparently share a settings file).
The difference in folder size between the two comes down to the old version (the bigger one) coming packaged with the GOG installer and DirectX.
I then decided to check Twinkle Stars as well, to see if it's the same deal. The old version has a splash screen calling it the 25th anniversary edition, whereas the new version claims to be the 30th anniversary edition. They still appear to share settings across the two versions and the file size differences are once again down to installer packages.
If there are any actual gameplay/options changes, I haven't been able to find them.
