Go to the Prime Gaming page itself. I'm guessing you're only looking at the Prime Gaming Loot notifications on Twitch. Click that but then click the top button that says "Visit the Prime Gaming Loot Page".

Football Manager games cannot be purchased in Brazil. When you gave 2020 on epic games you could change the region of your account and you could download.

in short, it is because in Brazil the responsible studio would have to negotiate licensing with each player. And also the CBF (Brazilian Football Confederation) unlike confederations in other countries, is not affiliated with FIFPro which is generally responsible for these agreements.

Not a 100% sure answer from their FAQ, but at least it says it allows unlinking. The " Note that each content drop can only be redeemed once by an Amazon Prime membership and Epic Games Store account." part feels kind of reassuring.

I had once entered a giveaway here that the creator creates an invited random/cheap game giveaway and then asks the entries don't actually enter the giveaway but leave a number one after one for randomly picking the winner of the non-Steam key.
If anyone enters the invited random/cheap game giveaway, the creator would blacklist the winner but still send the key.

That would count as a non-redeem, so I would never want to win, better would be if the creator deletes the giveaway after sending the key to the winner, but still against the rules.

You misunderstood or my explanation is poor. 😬
The giveaway on SG is real. If the creator sends the key, there is no need to delete the giveaway then. The giveaway on SG is for gathering the list to randomly pick the winner in the comment section for the non-Steam key.
The best scenario is there is no one entering the giveaway on SG thus the creator won't have to lose any Steam key for gathering the list.
That's why that giveaway creator states don't enter the giveaway on SG or the winner will be blacklisted after sending the Steam key.
The giveaway on SG and another one in the comment section are two different giveaways.
