Probably not yet, I'm still waiting for Batman AA achievements (they were added back in feb or march and still don't work) to start working so I can play through the game again :)

It looks more like someone just using Steam Achievement Manager than working achievements, since global stats show 0.1% of players has every achievement, none of them being more or less popular/achieved.

Well if they started working like today or yesterday it's pretty normal that not many people has got them...I'm waiting for someone to test it anyway :)
