I'd be all over Moon Chronicles and any WiiU games I lacked, but as I remember the Nintendo bundles, I'll mention to others that these are locked to US and local regions, not sure how far south that extends. Europe, Asia, Oceania and other places are out of luck.

It has to be one from the correct region, the systems will only access the store for the regions they are intended for. So I can buy a 3DS down here in NZ, and set region to access either the UK / European store or the Oceania store because it is the right model for that, but the US store would never work on it.
You can see what region your 3DS is by going to System Settings and viewing the current firmware version. The letter at the end (J, U or E) indicates the system region.
J - Japanese region, commonly known as NTSC J
U - NTSC, the region used in USA, Canada
E - PAL regions, so Australia, New Zealand, Europe and any other countries with PAL software
