It is possible to pay with them in some online stores (but the fee is higher as with a credit card).

You supposedly cAN pay with a paysafecard code in Steam, but I couldn't get to the page asking me of the code, just getting a general error. I contacted support and all they told me was to check my code where I got it or contact PSC. They never undestood there was an error before and after my nth try they closed the ticket thinking they gave me all the info.
But if they keep it as payment option, it should work for someone. Give it a try. Maybe you can add to your wallet using it as payment choice. If not try to buy a game or two.
Edit: You can't use alternative methods to add money to your wallet; and I keep having the same PSC generic error, nice. Maybe I need to have a PSC account and somehow link it to Steam? Does anyone know?

You can pay with them on Steam, it's a valid option over here in Romania. There is a catch with the ones from Gamescom though, they need you to have a German PSF account as well, which you can't easily obtain without being a German citizen in some way.

Thanks for the info, I looked up how it should work, but in my country there is simply no such option to use paysafecard, only visa and mastercard :/ so I'm looking for people who want to try their luck.

Here you can gift directly keys to other people, but you can NEVER PUT THE KEYS DIRECTLY IN THE MESSAGE, even encoded ones, because silent ninjas are as intelligent as grateful people and can solve the riddles too.
So here are a few ways :
If the person answering doesn't have too much GAs won or given, maybe don't use that.
Don't hesitate to propose more possibilities !
