I've seen your threads before but never got involved because I thought you had to use the older threads as part of the new ones and thought I was out of the loop but I loved that ipad puzzle and the time you must have spent putting that video together, I can't imagine how long it took :D Thanks, that was fun :)

I've tried to make it clear that previous cases are not a prerequisite, but it can help having experience with my style and know the kind of tricks I like to throw into the mix.
Thanks, it took quite some time, both for me and DownwardConcept, well over a business week in man hours. :)

Well, have a bump for now and maybe a reminder for me to try the billiard balls later again -_- Out of curiousity: Is the overall "plotline" already written out so that the puzzle agency is reaching a dedicated ending or is it written as it happens?

I've had a rough idea on most of it beforehand. Because how the last case ended, I couldn't have it set in stone. Because of the result, it's also the reason why I don't call this one a case. We no longer work for the agency. When I started designing this case I didn't know which way it would go with the vote, it was quite close, but I knew I could use some puzzles for either way, and some could be tweaked to fit the story. The man cave was the first one I designed, and had the explosion gone off, the pool balls would have been on the ground because of that.
I have 3 story concepts I know I want to do with Nordh and the agent now that I know how the last case went, but I haven't come up with puzzles that would fit it. This will however be the last story for a while. It ends mid june, and I'm not going to be around much during summer. But that will be time I can design and create ideas for upcoming puzzles. :)

Hm, this sounds like you made the story dependent if anyone actually solves the cases? Or is there another criterium which determins how the story end if it isn't set in stone yet?
Hm, on proper reading your answer it seems there was a poll included in the last case. Well, take your time to develop the puzzles. I think puzzles are the one thing this forum will always have a supply of.

I'm returning to the zombies since I'm still stuck in the order at the cave. :P

Oh don't ask me questions like that, I don't like comparing things. :P I just like how it offers a different view on the outbreak, starting from day zero and stuff. And also from a more urban view. I mean, it's not as good as TWD, but for me it's a pretty good substitute until it comes back.
