[Have] I had a sudden Surge to press the buy button. On a second though, I realized I already bought these titles before.
[Skip] I would have expected more from such a highly anticipated bundle.

I cannot confirm 100% but I think it is back. I just visited the page again and the item showed up in my cart. Just to try it out I went tot the checkout and I indeed got the items. I cannot tell if this was a glitch because I added the bundle to my cart before but I think they have already restocked but do not show it universally yet.

As I said, it could be related to the fact that I have added the bundle to my cart before but I just bought it a minute ago and the keys work.
I still think this indicates they have restocked (and prepare a hurry-hurrah-hurrah relaunch).

I can confirm it still works if its already in the cart. I buy all my bundles in one hit usually with the discount. I had a few other bundles in my cart including the rising star bundle but when I went to confirm to pay, it automatically removed the rising star bundle from my basket but the killer bundle 12 stayed so I thought I would buy it now in case it changed again.

I just tried it with my cart, and it wouldn't allow me to purchase it (same info message as JLobo912) - so I guess they disabled that loophole?

It looks like I got lucky and managed to get a copy. Hopefully, they will restock it soon as its pretty bad for the flagship bundle to finish after a day of their bundle blast event.

Looks like they may have fixed it to prevent more people buying it. I'll be surprised if they won't restock this due to the popularity of the bundle so hopefully, it will be back tomorrow once they get more keys.

They say

Same here, wanted both collections. Hopefully you get to live up to your name.

I did manage to get the first Atari Flashback collection on PS4 recently (and found I suck at Atari games). Might get the Vita version if I want more though, it is all three of the PS4 collections in one pack.

At least 24 hours must have passed since it went "out of stock". This is just a marketing ploy to build up hype and boost sales. A short-sighted tactic, might I add.

It most certainly is. Especially because they are keeping it up there with a "sold out" sticker, yet they remove the Rising Star Bundle entirely from the page as soon as it is "sold out." If it isn't a marketing ploy, then it is incompetence or a sign that the companies in these recent bundles don't have faith in the Fanatical brand to supply ample keys for the bundle.

I don't think it is to be completely honest. Sometimes it can take a bit to get keys from devs and sometimes devs/publishers can also decide to pull out of the bundle. Even just 1 game's developer/publisher in the bundle can put a hold on things. If that's the case then Fanatical needs to decide to go on with 1 less game or add in another trying to fill the spot.

Probably largely due to the atari name and property being bought out quite a while ago, by a company that has mostly been milking the heritage of the name by selling mostly crap with the atari logo on all of it.

Nothing is confirmed, it also could be something like one game got delicered in too few copies because a decimal error. It's just a good bundle to reaell, even if for only 3$a game.

They have to speak with the devs/publishers of the games and as long as they don't give out more keys, Fanatical cann't tell us, that it will be restocked. They already said that they will try to restock.

And just giving out assumptions can backfire very fast.

They had no way to know how well the bundle would sell. Maybe a publisher would only provide so mnay keys, maybe Valve wouldn't issue more keys to a publisher. It's not like Fanatical intentionally went out of their way to understock the bundle
