I can definitely recomend Shadwen, it's a lot of fun. GTA5 is great too, although if you're only interested in single player then be warned that it hasn't had a single drop of single player content added since release (although to be fair there is a lot to begin with, but it still sucks for those of us less fond of multiplayer)
Skyrim is also well worth getting, especially since it was recently confirmed that everyone with Skyrim and all the DLC (which is included in the Legendary Edition) will get a free upgrade to the new version

If you have somebody to play ibb & obb with, I highly highly recommend it. So much fun. :D

Gta 5 should be main purchase, so many side missions especially the jewelry heist and "Kifflom" cult mission. As well as the cannibals on top of the mountain side mission.

Shroud of the Avatar (not 100% sure, this's Early Access)

I can't help with those because I don't know all of them, and those I know I'd never buy (like GTA). Personally, I hope we'll finally have a good deal on Shovel Knight :D

Don't buy GTA, since its a cesspool full of cheaters, raging kids.

GTAV is fantastic.
Deadpool is fun but not worth the current price imo and if you don't like his humor you should probably stay away from it :P

Akiba feels like PS2-era bargain bin stuff. Deadpool is ok but very coventional, apart from the cheeky, 4th-wall-breaking tone. GTA5 is a safe and a good bet, as long as you like GTA games, of course.

If you have the patience and the temper you should buy and play the Y's games. They can be very satisfying (or the cause for broken controllers) and have great music. Other than that Broforce which can be a lot of fun if you have a local co-op partner.

EDIT: As for main purchase I would say go for the silly one with the bad play on words: Akiba's Trip

GTA V and Arma 3 would be safe bets investment wise but GTA V is better to get from elsewhere than steam because it is so overpriced there and I doubt it will be more than 50% sale for it.

I hope Arma 3 will be finally more than 50% off this year since it is pretty old already.

if you have friends :,v to play with GTA V can be pretty fun, alone is a horrible grind fest, the single player is pretty meh, the characters are fun enough but the missions are mostly carbon copies of each other. idk, if it were for me who likes to play single player games i would get Dark Souls 3, or Pillars.
